Returns  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30-days of receipt. Due to security reasons, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on items that have had the manufacturer packaging removed.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your parcel can take up to 7-working days to be returned to our Warehouse and processed.

Faulty Item

If the item is faulty upon receipt, contact Smooth Buying on info@smoothbuying.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. Our returns team will advise on how to proceed with the return. You must report any faults within 48-hours of receipt of the item and you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Once an order has been made, you can view the status of your order through the Order Information page. Customers need to enter the Order ID, Last name and Email Address, in order to log in and view orders.
