RETURNS AND REFUND’S POLICY

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on all items. (We’re nice like that.)
So if you want to send it back, just chuck it in the post. Then we’ll refund the cash onto the original payment method.
You just need these 2 things:
your proof of purchase
the item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
er… there is no 3

You can return an item purchased from our site for any reason – whether it’s faulty, wasn’t what you expected or if you’ve simply changed your mind.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.

In addition to the rights set out in this Returns Policy, as a consumer you also have certain statutory rights e.g. a right to return items which are faulty or not as described. If your items are faulty, you believe they are not of a satisfactory quality or are not as described etc.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM:

If you want to return items to us, please remember they should be in their original condition at the time of return and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Don’t forget to always keep your proof of postage in the event it is lost in transit.

Alisaa Sports will not be responsible for any lost items in the post

You will be responsible for postage costs to return any items.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?

We will notify you when we’ve received your return and we aim to process refunds within 7 working days.
The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
